Did you know you don`t have to feel suicidal to contact us? Sometimes it just helps to talk. We are here to support you 24 hours a day, by phone, email, face-to-face, letter or text.

Whatever you`re going through.

Your Call is Confidential

We understand it can be hard to talk. All conversations are kept strictly within Samaritans.

Whether you choose to call, email, write or text, we respect your confidentiality. We also welcome face-to- face callers at our branch. We are usually open between the hours of :

12.30pm and 9pm Sunday-Friday

3.30pm-9pm Saturday.

Why do people contact Samaritans?

There are many reasons why people need to talk. Some common reasons include bereavement, divorce, depression, self harm or stress.But whatever you are going through, we are not here to judge.
